They will select and shortlist properties for viewing. We will agree on a mutually convenient day to view properties and once you have made your choice, we can negotiate the best price for you with the estate agent.

We have experienced staff who are experienced negotiators and will endeavour to get the best possible deal for you. We will then liaise with the surveyors, solicitors and estate agents to complete the sale smoothly. We will also be able to advice you on insurance and mortgage providers.
